At Not Deep, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 14 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items on final sale and items damaged through misuse cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions above. If you selected the wrong size or colour, you are responsible for the exchange shipping cost.
How to request a return or exchange
Email us at info@notdeepshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will reply with the return instructions and the address to ship your item to.
Return and exchange shipping
Return shipping and size or colour exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item you received was faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll arrange the refund by bank transfer or another method agreed with you.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@notdeepshop.com and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
