Welcome to Not Deep. These terms apply to all orders placed on www.notdeepshop.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Not Deep is a streetwear brand operating in Egypt through this website.

2. Orders
- An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation (by email or phone).
- We may cancel any order in cases of incorrect address or contact details, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If you already paid, you will receive a full refund.
- Please make sure your phone number and address are correct — we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong contact details.
3. Prices & payment
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- We accept online payment (processed securely by our payment providers) and Cash on Delivery.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and fully refund any payment.
- Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.
4. Shipping & delivery
- We currently ship within Egypt. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers may occur.
- If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, we may decline future COD orders from the same customer.
5. Returns & exchanges
- You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- For defective or wrong items: we cover return shipping and you choose between a replacement or a full refund.
- For change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or via the agreed method for COD orders) within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Underwear-type items and items bought on final sale cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Products
- Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and photography lighting. This is not considered a defect.
- Please check the size guide before ordering. Wrong size chosen by the customer is treated as change of mind (exchange possible per section 5).
7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photos, logos, and content on this website are the property of Not Deep. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
8. Age
If you are under 18, you may use this website and place orders only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
9. Liability
We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered as described. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
